As an Off-Site Catering team member, you must be motivated, team oriented, friendly, dependable and driven to providing an excellent guest’s experience. A qualified candidate will strive to impress our guests every day. A qualified applicant must have good communication skills and have the ability to multi-task. Friendly smiles and teamwork are required as an off-site catering employee. You will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up your station, maintaining product presentations, product quality, cook time standards and preparing all menu items according to Uncle Julio’s recipes, plate presentations and specifications.

Duties of this position will include:

  • Set up of equipment, and preparing and portioning food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications:

  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 25 pounds without assistance up to 50 pounds with assistance, and work in varying climates.
  • In addition, this position has a schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays. Depending on the location, having or obtaining a food handler’s certification may be required.
