POSITION OVERVIEW:

Financial reporting to the Partnership, Administration and various outside agencies. Management of Clinic financial resources. Compilation of physician productivity. Physician/partner compensation administration and reporting. Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule; facilitate and complete monthly close procedures; analyze revenues, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis; prepare monthly account reconciliations; assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances and assist with financial and tax audits.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years accounting/finance experience

CPA a plus, but not required

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Ability to work within a double entry accounting system, to operate computer hardware and software, to evaluate & analyze financial & similar data. Ability to creatively solve problems and issues. Ability to interact and communicate with other staff, management, patients, providers, staff and other business contacts. Ability to tolerate stress, particularly as it relates to a sometime hectic works schedule with multiple deadlines
