Do you enjoy Ag and everything that goes with it? Do you have a solid understanding of the Agricultural industry and how it functions? Do you have the ability to multi-task, take direction and work independently? Complete day to day tasks in a safe and timely fashion? We are looking for you!
Responsibilities
- Maintain location equipment and facilities for the benefit of IAS and its member owners
- Maintain required licenses, physicals, etc. necessary to perform job requirements
- Repairs and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- Operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Maintain cleanliness of shop and warehouse areas in which you are working
- Monitor and maintain regular and periodic maintenance of all grain handling equipment
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and conduct
- Create a positive, professional image to customers and community
- Accept and carry out other assigned duties given by location manager
Qualifications
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb rail cars, ladders, stairs, and bins
