Job Description
Full Time, HVAC Technician - Healthtrax, a leader in the fitness industry, is looking for an HVAC technician that can operate, maintain and repair all equipment used for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Position requires a Monday through Friday 40-hour work schedule. Must be available for periodic emergency calls outside the normal work schedule. Must have own tools and transportation.

- JOB DUTIES
- Learn the locations of all HVAC equipment and how they relate to each building.
- Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufacture recommendation, i.e. valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrications etc.
- Maintain work logs on all service work.
- REQUIREMENTS
- CLASSIFICATION: HVAC TECHNICIAN 1 EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED EXPERIENCE
- 2 years direct experience in HVAC and boiler operation and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation.
- Valid drivers license
- Be able to lift 80lbs.
- Be able to work from a ladder.
