We are a collection of family friendly fun-attractions in Pigeon Forge, TN. Our Guest Service Agents are a part of each attraction! Dolly Parton's Stampede, Pirates Voyage, Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Feud, and The Comedy Barn. Job Purpose

Provide all guests with a positive interactive experience that exceeds their expectations in friendliness, cleanliness, and customer service. Ticket Booth Attendants, Call Center Agents and Guest Greeters are the initial contact for all Guest! It's important to provide information that sets the stage for the entire experience.


Essential Job Functions

  • Guest Service Agents handle a variety of duties by cross training. Including ticket booth, greeting and phone reservations.
  • Perform as a greeter and initial contact for guests, assisting them in a professional manner with admission, reservations, ticketing changes, special needs, and other attendance-related needs and requests.
  • Consistently reflect a courteous, upbeat and positive attitude toward guests, exemplifying, promoting and advancing a culture of outstanding customer engagement and service.
  • Maintain and display a working knowledge of the Theater/Attractions.
  • Must have excellent telephone presentation skills for guest contact, and "sale ability".
  • Resolve mistakes, errors, problems and issues related to bookings or reservations.
  • Accurately enter data into ticketing system.
  • Distributing tickets as guests enter the attraction.
  • Assist colleagues and other departments with guest-related needs.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Representative is also responsible for collecting funds/documentation for all issued tickets.

Physical Demands

  • Continuous and occasional standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Continuous hearing at a conversational level and at a high acuity level.
  • Continuous oral communications at a conversational level.
  • Continuous work with computers and technology.
