Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning, minority and woman-owned Public-Sector leader, has an exciting opportunity for Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert/Developer to join our rapidly growing team to envision, design, and build innovative

Required

  1. Strong communication skills to interface with customers, practicing design thinking to foster experimentation and user empathy, using rapid prototyping with the Power Platform, to create user-centric solutions to complex problems
  2. Advanced subject matter expertise and experience designing and delivering services and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft Forms, as well as Dataverse, custom development, and data integrations with Power Platform built-in connectors
  3. Experience interfacing with Power Platform solutions with Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and using Word, Outlook, and other templates
  4. Expert level understanding of using SharePoint with Power Platform solutions
  5. Expert understanding of security models in Dataverse, a user's ability to see/use apps, sharing of canvas apps via Microsoft Entra groups, and similar concepts
  6. Experience using the Power Platform Admin Center for roles, privileges, users, environments, and policies
  7. Expertise in best practices for production deployment of developed Power Apps workflows and Power Platform applications for enterprise level use
  8. Use Agile development best practices such as develop a minimum viable product (MVP), develop in sprints, demo at the end of each 2-week sprint, and emphasize creating simple solutions over complex ones
  9. Experience building moderately complex user interfaces using Power Platform canvas apps as well as model-driven apps, while applying human-centered design for mobile and desktop devices
  10. Perform unit and functional testing on applications
  11. Check in source code to source control (e.g., Git variants)
  12. 5+ years of custom development/programming skills, understanding of databases, APIs and RESTful web services and integrating with external systems
  13. Must be a US Citizen

Desirable

  1. Microsoft certification preferred (e.g., PL-900, PL-400)
  2. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Graph APIs
  3. Experience using Microsoft Artificial Intelligence components accessible to the Power Platform, such as:
    1. AI Builder to embedding prebuilt language models in workflows or apps
    2. Using generative AI to automate and optimize workflows with Copilot in Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
  4. Ability to recommend governance practices for enterprises that open up Power Platform development to citizen developers
  5. Familiarity with Data modeling and SQL and database concepts
