If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking a Pub Server. The Pub Server will work in the Club's Founder's Pub restaurant, a casual pub/bar ambiance. Servers provide excellent food and beverage service to members and guests of Congressional.

Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and believe that as a team we accomplish more.

What will be expected of you:

• Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guests upon seating, introduce yourself, and request members club number.
• Set up and complete assigned side work, including inspecting all tables in the assigned section.
• Suggestive selling on menu items and highlight specials. Take member and guest orders. For special requests check with the kitchen first if it can be accommodated.
• Place orders with the kitchen through Jonas POS. Inform chefs/cooks about any special cooking instructions and or food allergies.
• Reset tables in your station and assist team members with their stations.
• Verify the accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, tips, and other charges on all checks.
• Keep tables, FOH restaurant, and BOH clean at all times.
• Advise supervisor/manager of any complaints and take action to resolve complaints.
• Perform clean-up, side work, and closing duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by supervisor/manager.

How we determine your qualifications:

• 1 year of experience serving, required
• Wine knowledge, beginner
