Responsibilities
Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
Effective and precise communication, whether it is performed via the telephone, email, or text messaging, on a customer-by-customer basis.
Interact with complete transparency and provide information in a way that will create trust with our customers.
Sharing Chevrolet, and off-brand, vehicle Product Knowledge and information.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions, listening carefully to their responses, and answering their actual questions.
Knowing all aspects of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies included in our vehicles.
Overcome objections and thrive within a sales environment.
Set Sales appointments and confirm arrivals.
Report directly to the General Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, analysis, and results.
Be a contributing member of our team's success by asking questions, answering questions, providing insight, and project a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with customers, team members, and management.
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ability to want to learn, develop, and improve on a daily basis.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and hygiene.
Valid driver’s license and a form of transportation to and from work.
Desire to find a career, not just a job.
