POSITION: Shipping Expeditor

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary

Must ensure efficient production and compliance with all Company quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices policies and procedures. Perform audits of outbound orders and internal locations to ensure accuracy.

Essential Functions

• Manage all outbound documents.
• Check in all inbound and outbound trucks.
• Coordinate all trucks to docks both Inbound and Outbound.
• Coordinate delivery appointments.
• Coordinate forklift personnel for the loading of trucks.
• Inspect all outbound trucks prior to loading and post loading.
• Perform computer inventory control functions for all outgoing shipments.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Completion of daily spreadsheets for tracking day to day operation as well as KPI’s.
• Auditing of orders to ensure accuracy.
• ProComm (CIMPRO/Tracker) Experience.
• Bar Coding Experience.
• Warehouse Management Programs.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of and compliance with Company Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices policies and procedures.
• Interact professionally with all truck drivers.
• Forklift, Reach Truck, and Pallet Jack Certified.
• Other activities as may be required to meet business needs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education/Experience)

• Demonstrated ability to focus on details.
• Strong computer proficiency; knowledge of automated systems such as production/warehouse or enterprise systems desirable.

FLSA Designation: This position is Hourly Non-Exempt and is eligible for overtime.
