Job Summary

The Regional Integrated Solutions Manager at Tellus Equipment Solutions, LLC is responsible for leading integrated solutions development and implementation for the entire organization including the execution of our Precision Farming Strategy. Works closely with internal and external resources to identify customer and market demand to develop comprehensive services and solutions to address business needs.

Job Description

  • Develop the strategic direction and goals for the development, execution, and delivery of integrated solutions including Precision Farming services
  • Provide leadership across the organization for precision farming products
  • Partner with service, parts and sales management in the development and execution of services and solutions to identify and address customer needs.
  • Have a good understanding of plant health and cropping cycle to assist in agronomic machine settings.
  • Assist with Agronomic insights that leverage on farm solutions.
  • Provide solutions-based business consulting services to customers such as advising customers on optimizing performance, reducing costs, and operation efficiencies.
  • Manage RTK network and product offerings such as Field Connect, soil sampling, field border mapping, and prescription implementation of variable rates.
  • Develop and deliver customer and employee training and maintain current OEM certification with ongoing work towards achieving the next level of OEM certification
  • Oversee the sales staff selling components, setting up components, and service technicians repairing machines and components.

Education, Experience, and Soft Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Business, Agriculture Mechanization, or related field required.
  • Two (2) years of agronomy or related
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel to store locations and customers.
