We are looking for a Technical Lead with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance to perform the following:

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide Technical Leadership in Digital Transformation efforts for our client, leading the technical team in developing Robotic Process Automations (RPA) using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere
  • Participate in Agile team meetings, planning of projects, and estimation of efforts.
  • Work with Process Analyst in reviewing current and to-be state of various business processes and develop technical design documents for automation development.
  • In conjunction with the Project Manager, plan the overall software development schedules to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Lead the development team and assign tasks and timelines according to each member's abilities.
  • Provide oversight of and propose solution designs to meet requirements and address pain points associated with business processes.
  • Provide thought leadership for both the team and our clients to enhance business operations and reduce repetitive, manually intensive, processes to enhance the quality and output of processes through automation.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status report input for all development activities.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies for optimal system integration.
  • Prioritize security and compliance in solution designs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge transfer and maintenance.
  • Plan and facilitate client meetings, work sessions, and client demonstrations of automations, and other technical solutions as needed. Gather user feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Ensure unit testing is conducted according to test plans, and support user acceptance testing efforts as required.
  • Maintain professional interactions/communications with the client and teammates.

Experience and Expertise:

  • At least 10 years of experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), with at least 5 years of experience leading technical teams.
  • At least 3 years of experience developing solutions using UiPath, other RPA platforms, or low-code/no-code tools.
  • UiPath RPA Advanced developer certification a plus, but not required.
  • Experience working in an iterative or Agile context.
  • Experience designing/architecting complete solutions.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent.

Some travel for client meetings may be required.
