We are looking for applicators that not only apply herbicides and pesticides to crops in a safe and professional manner, but they also build and maintain lasting relationships with our growers. Creating partnerships with customers to help them organize and coordinate application timetables, assist with recordkeeping and offer exceptional customer service however it's needed to ensure a successful season.
Your Possible Day to Day
- Correctly mixes pesticides, fertilizers and chemicals for application.
- Maintains accurate logbooks on applicated acres.
- Performs maintenance and calibration on application equipment.
- Participates in continuing education for maintaining pesticide applicator license.
- Performs maintenance on other equipment and fixed facilities.
- Must be able to work nights, overtime and some weekend hours during busy season.
- Other work-related duties as assigned by the leader.
Experience and Education
- High school diploma
- Experience in operating large equipment
- Must be 21 years old.
- Pass Background check
