Key Responsibilities:

• Communication Maestro: Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Master of Coordination: Scheduling, bookkeeping, and some social media marketing wizardry.
• Sales Enthusiast: Up-selling our range of services.
• Team Player: Seamless communication with our field crews.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with scheduling software.
• Upbeat attitude, clear phone voice.
• Monday to Friday availability (no weekends!).

Daily Adventures:

• Answering calls from our valued customers.
• Delving into the intricacies of our scheduling software.
• Keeping in touch with our field crews for smooth operations.
• Estimating property sizes and providing immediate quotes.
• Crafting and sharing engaging content on social media.
• Handling customer concerns promptly and professionally.
