Summary of Position:

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team, a role that lies at the core of our mission to engineer and manage software projects that redefine industry standards. As a Technical Project Manager, you'll lead cutting-edge software projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive success in an environment that thrives on pushing boundaries.

Essential Functions:

  • Project Leadership: Bring your deep expertise in Agile and Scrum practices to the table. You will lead software development teams and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Technical Mastery: Leveraging your technical acumen in web technologies and software platform development, you'll provide essential insights and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deadline and Budget Adherence: Your unwavering commitment to meeting project deadlines and adhering to budgetary constraints will be crucial to ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
  • Effective Communication: Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining clear and open channels of communication with team members, stakeholders, and management.
  • Presentation Skills: Utilize your talents in delivering compelling presentations to effectively convey project progress and results to diverse audiences.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Lean Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is beneficial.
  • Experience with operations missions, DevOps practices, AWS concepts, and certifications such as PMP, Certified Lean Agile Professional, SPC, SA, CSM, or CPK.
  • An understanding of Lean management practices is a valuable asset, especially concerning process optimization and quality assurance.
