Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as their trusted insurance advisor.
  • Policy Management: Review insurance policies, assess coverage needs, and make recommendations to ensure adequate protection for clients.
  • Renewal Management: Proactively manage the renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate policy renewals.
  • Cross-sell existing Biltmore clients as well as selling to potential new clients.
  • Provide support to producers selling new commercial lines of business.
  • Process certificate of insurance requests.
  • Process new client submissions, renewals, endorsements as well as entering client data into our Agency Management System.
  • Various tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Commercial Insurance Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial insurance-related role.
  • Licensing: Active Property and Casualty license in the state of Georgia.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional service.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to review policies and documentation accurately, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work setting, maintaining productivity and engagement.
  • AMS360 experience preferred.
