This position assists in planning, organizing, and coordinating activities in the Dietary Department. Responsible for the planning and assembly of resident meals, supervises the preparing and serving of food to residents, responsible for the planning and assembly of resident meals, planning regular and therapeutic menus; assures compliance with practice and regulatory requirements. Oversees staff and ensures customer service, sanitation and nutritional goals are met. Trains staff on the use of equipment, sanitation, and service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of Dietary Manager Program preferred or minimum of 1 year experience in a health care dietary department.
- Cooking experience is required.
