Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to work closely with a talented team in strategic planning and operational management.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• Work closely with program sponsor to determine vision, project scope and requirements.

Operational Management

• Clearly identify program stakeholders and keep them abreast and engaged.
• Prepare reports for Service Delivery Operations / deliverables
• Monitor the outputs and outcomes of a program's component activities and ensure that the program adapts appropriately to them.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and inform them of complex issues that may impact the program

Formal Education & Certification

• University or college degree in business administration or a related field or 10 years relevant experience in the Information Technology field.
• PMP certification and/or ITIL certification strongly preferred.
• Secret Clearance

Knowledge & Experience

• Thorough understanding of the Development Lifecycle
• Thorough understanding of Agile / SCRUM Management techniques and principles
• Thorough understanding of ITIL techniques and methodology.
• Understanding of cloud and web services (Azure, O365, AWS)
• Knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end Portal development
• Knowledge writing designing testing, troubleshooting document application code
