Job Title: SAP Consulting Leader – S/4HANA and Digital CoreJob Type:
Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consulting Leader with a passion for digital transformation and business process innovation. As a part of Genesis Consulting, this role involves leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, driving client relationships, and spearheading our ERP Digital Core Transformation initiatives. This position requires a blend of leadership in SAP program management, client engagement, and a deep understanding of digital technologies to help our clients understand their S/4HANA transformation journey.
1. ERP Digital Core Transformation Leadership:
· Lead pre-transformation analysis including value proposition definition, operating model design, and transformation roadmap creation.
· Manage and deliver SAP Program Management and Digital Core process transformation.
· Expertise in SAP S/4HANA next-generation solutions and a deep understanding of core processes (e.g., Account to Report, Source to Pay, Plan to Make).
2. Client Management & Engagement Delivery:
· Manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional consulting business.
· Guide large-scale engagement delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business value.
· Provide strategic oversight and intellectual leadership across multiple projects.
3. Sales/Project Acquisition & Proposal Development:
· Develop client relationships to identify sales opportunities, leading solution definition for client-specific needs.
· Articulate our unique value proposition through various thought leadership media.
· Lead teams in proposal development and presentations to secure new engagements.
4. Practice & People Development:
· Contribute to the growth of the SAP practice through recruitment, training, and retention.
· Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and development.
· Create and contribute to S4HANA practice artifacts and methodologies.
5. Operational Excellence & Strategy:
· Influence the strategy to elevate the digital core practice, ensuring operational discipline for practice growth.
· Drive business planning, identifying key clients and collaboration opportunities.
· Engage in contract negotiations, proposal development, and opportunity identification.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in SAP Project, Lead, or Program Management.
- Extensive experience in solution architecture, integration, and governance in large ERP implementation projects.
- Proven track record of leading both large and small, global and local teams.
- At least 3 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience with digital technologies (Data, Analytics, IoT, Blockchain, eCommerce) and automation technologies (RPA, Machine Learning, AI).
- Strong executive presence with the ability to interact at CxO level.
- M.B.A. or equivalent advanced degree.
- Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Experience in managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams.
- Certification in S/4HANA or other SAP Solutions is a plus.
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
· Bachelor’s Degree – Required
· Bachelor of Science or Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
· No required certifications.
· Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus.
