Lubricants Branch Manager (Remsen, IA)

We are looking for a Lubricant Branch Manager in Remsen, Iowa to join our team. This is a unique opportunity that provides the ability to take a hands-on approach to lead the operations and have a strong hand in the overall financial success and performance. This position will continue to support and engage employees to provide exceptional customer service and be the best in the business. Midwest Lubricants is a well renowned and established business with strong customer and vendor relationships. This role will provide you the ability to lead a small, close-knit team, while being apart of a larger organization.

While serving as a key business leader for this branch, key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales.
• Manage all warehouse inventory including the ordering, storing, and distribution.
• Lead a highly efficient and consistent operational process.
• Schedule daily driver routes to meet customers' needs.
• Lead a highly respected and experienced team and support hiring and on-boarding new team members.
• Maintain a strong positive partnership with the Remsen community.
• Connecting with current and prospective customers to increase sales opportunities.

Education and experience required:

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year school
• 5+ years relevant experience and/or training; or combination.
• Experience with finished lubricants and distribution is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team and delivering positive financial results.
