Position Description

Responsible for daily intake and distribution of clean delivered linen. This position is responsible for management of onsite linen inventory and communication of Jefferson Healthcare daily needs to linen contractor. This position will work as part of the EVS team.

Major Responsibilities

• Provides management of onsite linen inventory
• Maintains cleanliness of linen staging area, and soiled pick up area and other related cleaning as required
• Verifies all nursing unit carts and special orders are prepped for pick up or delivery
• Delivers linen to inside departments as scheduled
• Communicates daily linen needs to linen contractor

Education and/or Experience

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2080 hours of experience as EVS Tech 1

Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift
