Electrical Connections of Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a full-time Residential Electrical Service Technician to help the citizens in our community keep their lights on and their homes safe. What Do We Offer?

• This position comes with a competitive salary of $75,000 - $110,000/year! Depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Effective & safe completion of residential electrical service calls
• Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best solutions
• Educate and assist customers in choosing customized options you provide
• Follow company processes and procedures
• Provide 'Absolutely the Best' service in an effort to obtain a 5-star review and earn the customer's repeat business and generate additional interest
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all training exercises and meetings

Qualifications

• • MUST HAVE 5+ years of residential electrical experience
  • Electrical license (preferred)
  • Proficient in performing a 200-amp service upgrade from start to finish
  • Clean and safe driving record
  • Background check clearance
  • Adherence to company policy on drug screenings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
