Job Description
We are searching for a Nurse Manager to join our care team. As a nurse manager you will oversee nursing staff to coordinate the care for our wonderful residents with the resident, family members, physicians, and pharmacies. The nurse manager is responsible for admissions, discharges, assessments, care plans, infection prevention, Antibiotic Stewardship and any other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Hours: 8:00-4:30pm Monday thru Friday
Qualities and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in long-term care preferred
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse
- Must be good at multitasking
- Good assessment skills
- Must be professional and have excellent at communication skills with residents, families and coworkers
