The local restaurant group who created Pyro's Fire Fresh Pizza is proud to be ramping up the growth of their latest concept, Wolf River Brisket Co. Inspired by cooking techniques from Texas to South Carolina, Wolf River Brisket offers a modern twist on Southern classics. The menu highlights our house-smoked meats, including our signature Prime beef brisket, chicken, and salmon. With the bar as a focal point of the full-service dining room, WRB is also the go-to place to get an expertly balanced cocktail or a local beer on tap. We need great people like you to help us create a guest experience unlike anything else you'll find in the area.

Service Assistant

The service assistant is the person responsible for helping greet and seat guests. When not directly helping guests the service assistant is tasked with helping throughout the restaurant wherever and whenever needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests into the restaurant
• Seating guests at empty and cleaned table
• Helping throughout the restaurant when not directly helping guests
• Estimating wait times and monitoring the waiting list for guests
• Ensuring that the needs of guests are met while they wait for tables
• Answering phones, booking reservations
• Cleaning tables and cleaning dishes
• Ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintaining a safe and pristine environment
• And most importantly, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests
