Job Summary:  

As an Advanced Driver, it is your responsibility to execute the safe and efficient transportation of both guests and employees to and from designated pickup and drop-off locations, as well as maintain a friendly and positive attitude every day, with all guests and employees. Transportation is seeking dynamic individuals with superior guest service skills. Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of commercial vehicles, hosting a timely and enjoyable transportation experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check fluids, tires and general condition before and after each run and keep vehicles clean. 
• Install and remove tire chains as needed.
• Safely transport guests while adhering to scheduled routes in accordance to departmental guidelines.

• Ability to operate different types of commercial vehicles in all weather conditions. 

• Accurate completion of pre and post trip vehicle inspections. 
• Elevate an “Experience of a Lifetime” to all guests.
• Must be able to share company and resort knowledge with guests.
• Participate in regular safety and employee meetings and complete continuous training provided by company.
• Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes.
• Support training as needed by helping new drivers understand our operations.
• Become an expert in your role and lead by example.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Must pass Pre-employment Drug screening
• Valid US Commercial Driver’s License, Class A or B with air brake and passenger endorsements
• 5 years prior CDL driving experience 
• 5 years prior customer service experience  
• High School Diploma
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Comply with all company policies and procedures 

The expected pay range is $27.00 - $29.94. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
