YOUR LIFE AS A DENTAL OFFICE ASSISTANT

This full-time administrative position enjoys a four-day workweek. Your hours in our dental office are Monday - Wednesday, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm, and Thursday, 6:50 am - 3:00 pm.

As a Dental Office Assistant, you play a vital role for us. You are among the first people our patients see when they arrive, and you help set a positive tone that remains with them throughout their time with us. Each day, you love that you get to tackle a variety of tasks, and many of them involve interacting with our fantastic patients. A people person, you enjoy helping them feel seen as you check them out and kindly collect copays.

Sometimes, you go over treatment plans with patients, which means clearly explaining their options and helping them understand their next steps. You also schedule appointments, take phone calls, and perform any other tasks the office manager needs help with. An organizer at heart, you love to help our operations run well, and you especially enjoy ensuring that our customers are absolutely satisfied with their experience. Helping us perform the quality service we're known for makes you feel great!


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 1+ years of dental office experience
  • Knowledge about dental terminology
  • Experience with Eaglesoft
  • Experience discussing treatment plans
