Position Title: PET Support Operator

Reports To: PET Facility Manager

Role Summary: As a Lab Assistant, you will play a vital in supporting facility processes in compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The position involves maintaining and sanitizing the facility. You will be expected to assist in facility maintenance, inventory, warehouse management, and production preparatory steps.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Sanitization of manufacturing and compounding areas per written procedures and cGMP regulations.

2. Preparation and setup of the production line per written procedures.

3. Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing, compounding, and support areas.

4. Keeping the warehouse clean and organized for safety and efficiency.

5. Responsible for routine inventory of controlled materials, including:

Procurement

Signing for shipments upon receipt and verifying that the correct merchandise has been received.

Thoroughly inspecting merchandise for any damages and discrepancies.

Strategically store materials to maximize storage space within the warehouse.

6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory commitments, company policies, and procedures, including cGMP and radiation safety.

7. Maintain records to comply with FDA requirements.

8. Other related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements │ Skills │ Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.

Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills, including writing and documenting information using Good Documentation Practices.

Detail-oriented.

Ability to understand written procedures in English and execute tasks per instructions.


Physical and Intellectual Requirements:

Required are a mechanical aptitude; manual dexterity for manipulating small items; ability to lift between 16 to 50 lbs. and to handle frequent crawling, stooping, crouching, and kneeling; ability to analyze situations, set priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; practical organizational skills; a commitment to continuous learning and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
