SEE Eyewear is looking for a team focused, high engagement, patient-centric Optometrists. The ideal candidate is passionate about optical fashion and is looking for a long-term opportunity where they can build relationships with the clientele and retail team. SEE offers competitive hourly rates and a friendly, family-owned environment. We are looking for Optometrists to be part of our network of fill-ins when we have gaps in coverage for our patients. We are open to further conversations around availability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Partnering with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase fill-rate

Networking and building relationships in the market

Delivering a quality eye exam to patients, focused on quality and experience

Making lenses recommendations to patients from the chair

Completing a quality hand-off of patients back to the retail team at the end of each exam

Utilizing down-time to network and interact with potential patients and the team on the sales floor
