Business Services Manager
Mozaic, a chapter of NYSARC, is looking for a full time Business Services Manager in Waterloo, NY. If you are a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a passion for optimizing operations, we invite you to apply for the Business Services Manager position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Services Manager drives the development and execution of innovative sales strategies and initiatives to target key demographics. They also cultivate and sustain customer relationships while providing guidance to enhance team performance in line with the company's vision and culture.
Supervision:
Exercised: Crew Supervisors
Received: Director of Clinical and Business Services
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
- Previous experience working with the I/DD population
- Must have one of the following:
- High School diploma and 5 years supervisory experience or
- Associates degree and 3 years supervisory experience or
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year supervisory experience
