Plumbing Department Supervisor

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This position will typically work from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday with some on-call shifts. In this role, you will have the incredible opportunity to train and develop our service plumbers, ensuring they become the best in the business. With your exceptional leadership skills, you'll oversee plumbing and drain service calls, making sure our customers' needs are met with efficiency and expertise. But that's not all - you'll also take charge of overseeing complicated installs and re-pipes, showcasing your problem-solving prowess. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PLUMBING DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

• 4+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Experience with using any trade-specific CRM field app

Additionally, the following would be a plus:

• ServiceTitan experience
• Repiping and plumbing installation experience
• Commercial plumbing experience
