As an Insurance Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most to them.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and providing personalized solutions. You will engage with clients to review their current coverage, identify any gaps or opportunities for improvement, and recommend appropriate insurance products and services. Working closely with our team of agents, you will also assist in new business acquisition and customer retention efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with a strong customer service background who are eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and providing personalized solutions.


Engage with clients to review their current coverage, identify any gaps or opportunities for improvement, and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.


Assist in new business acquisition efforts by generating leads, following up with potential clients, and presenting insurance proposals.


Collaborate with our team of agents to develop and implement effective customer retention strategies and initiatives.


Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products to better serve clients and provide them with up-to-date information and advice.


Requirements

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.


Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
