We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated college students to join our team for a 12-week period lasting from mid-May to early August. The internship requires 30-hours of on-site work per week at our HQ office in downtown Leesburg, VA.

Our mission is to expose students to professional opportunities and innovative career paths. TBP Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience in one of the four key areas of our business:

  • Growth
  • Delivery
  • Finance
  • HR

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a related field of study.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to learn and take initiative with problem solving.
  • Self-starter
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
