Legal Administrative Assistant - Personal Injury

Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Managing Attorney providing direct support as needed. Also provides administrative assistance to the Managing Attorney.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• File management.
• Follow up on new cases with policy information; injuries; treatment.
• Communicate with clients.
• Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties as requested.
• Prepare binders with specific documents for mediation.
• Schedule meetings.
• Performs special projects involving attorney accountability.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

• Full-time, 8 am – 5 pm, M-F.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and must be able to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Teamwork-oriented, including displaying a positive attitude in all tasks and when working with and assisting other team members.
