Position Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to our patients in The Villages, FL. You will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing a wide range of illnesses and injuries, while also focusing on health maintenance and disease prevention. If you have the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, that would be a significant asset in building strong patient-doctor relationships within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough medical evaluations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
2. Perform routine check-ups, screenings, and immunizations.
3. Manage chronic conditions and provide continuous care to patients, including preventive medicine.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our electronic health record system.
6. Provide patient education to promote healthy living and encourage preventive healthcare practices.

Qualifications:

1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
2. Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
3. Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida.
4. Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred but not required.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
