Family-owned Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for their growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist producers in production and service of new and existing accounts
- Provide exceptional service to clients by processing change requests, providing requested documents, preparing applications and quotes, correspondence with clients and companies, processing new and renewal policies, and marketing new and renewal business
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- P&C License
- Insurance experience
- MS Office Proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be organized with great attention to detail
Pay is dependent on experience.
