Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Process & Effectiveness team. This role will give you the opportunity to partner with the Global Sales Leadership team, product sales associates, and management and business leaders on both strategic and tactical sales initiatives. The Sales Process & Effectiveness function is critical to developing and handling a scalable and industry-leading sales organization focused on achieving repeatable annual sales targets across various market segments and product lines; and is instrumental in the design and implementation of premier sales practices to achieve these goals.


We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.


Responsibilities


+ Support sales growth initiatives through analysis, research, notetaking/note synthesis, interviews, etc.


+ Provide analytical and presentation development support for formal win/loss assessments


+ Research and support the actioning of sales standard methodologies across people, processes, and technology


+ Support a variety of long-term, cross-organizational projects to improve sales results, as needed


The ideal candidate for this role will have:


+ 1-3 years of experience with the following: sales analytics, sales support, direct client interaction, process analysis and improvement, financial services, and/or management consulting


+ B.A. or B.S. degree in business-related field


+ Business and financial acumen that translates into understanding of our business


+ Excellent written and oral communication skills


+ Emotional intelligence; ability to influence without direct authority


+ Time management; prioritization; flexibility to pivot to different projects


+ Intellectual curiosity; strategic visioning, abstract thinking; quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; problem solving skills


+ Entrepreneurial spirit; goal-orientation; ability to act with autonomy, independence, and limited supervision
