CycleBar Instructors, aka CycleStars, are the most DYNAMIC, INSPIRATIONAL, and FUN group fitness instructors in the area.

We provide our CycleStars with continued training, exposure, opportunities for advancement and hands-down the best fitness stage in Michigan. Our compensation model for our CycleStars is considered the industry's highest. As your rider base grows, and the seats begin to fill, so will your income opportunity.

CycleStar Duties And Responsibilities

• Organize, prepare and teach classes that include CycleBar "pillar" elements: music, choreography, performance stats, and strength segment (weighted bar)
• Actively engage with riders by arriving 20-30 minutes before class to greet riders, assist with acclimation and setup for first-time visitors
• Stay after class to mingle with riders until the last rider leaves
• Be willing to assist with keeping the studio clean and always looking top notch
• Adhere to CycleBar training method, brand and safety guidelines as outlined in CycleStar Training Manual
• Notify studio manager in the case of any planned or unplanned absence, and work with management to secure substitution arrangements
• Actively represent CycleBar at studio-organized events that are held periodically both within and outside the studio
• Be flexible to teach Private Rides/Fundraiser Rides/Charity Rides when needed.
• Work with Master CycleStars to hone and improve class skills
• Build constantly changing playlists that motivate riders with exceptional cardiovascular results

Desired Skills/Experience

• MUST have a passion for people and inspiring them
• High energy with a fun and infectious personality
• Rhythm and ability to ride to the beat
• Able to command up to a 45 person class and create an awesome experience
• Inspirational and compassionate
• Previous Indoor Cycling Experience Is Preferred, but not mandatory
• Those with experience in performing arts and dance have been highly successful with this job
