McLarty Nissan of North Little Rock’s busy Parts Department has an immediate opening for a Parts Counter Person who will assist technicians or customers in dispensing and purchasing needed parts and supplies Experience is preferred but not required. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:

• Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts.
• Issue parts and accessories to customers or technicians from the parts counter.
• Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts.
• Provide option of delivery service of orders using parts truck.
• Display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner.
• Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter.
• Maintain customer back-order file.
• Maintain master parts and price book.
• Receive original and duplicate copies of repair orders and place in order file. 

Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:

• Experience is required
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be a people-person with a friendly personality
• Computer proficiency
• Team-oriented, flexible, high level of customer service
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
