About this job

Responsible for these following core responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, programmatic, and administrative support to GVP of Global Retention Programs organization.
  • Proactively manage calendars, schedule meetings, travel, manage expense reports, and complete special projects as requested for GVP and Leadership Team members as needed
  • Project manage the planning, design and execution of monthly Town Halls
  • Ensure org charts are kept up to date for respective regions
  • Coordinate all aspects involved with team on-site meetings, team travel, and any onsite events while ensuring all details are complete
  • Create spreadsheets and graphs in Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  • Pull data from database queries on established metrics and information
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and coordinate projects across high-level stakeholders (across Sales, Services leaders, etc.)
  • Proactively propose ideas that can help improve team operations
  • Develop strong internal relationships to get answers to issues identified
  • Create/maintain yearly calendar of region events and key business operations
  • Update and maintain phone and distribution lists
  • Complete other tasks as required timely

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant program management experience, ideally supporting senior executives
  • Ability to work with minimal direction, prioritize, and complete multiple assignments at once, while dynamically prioritizing deadlines
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to manage a project from start to finish
  • Highly organized with stellar time management skills to handle tight deadlines
  • Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional way
  • Expert skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 77,280 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
