The Sales Enablement Specialist sits within Business Services and will support all aspects of systems utilized by the Sales organization and all related strategic objectives and components for Astound Broadband.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work as a as liaison with the Sales team and other users to our Business Systems techstack
  • Take lead on the development, execution and analysis within our Sales Enablement Tool
  • Manage and recommend marketing campaign changes and strategies within Sales Enablement Tool
  • Create and update Training documentation for Business Systems
  • Serve as main point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for all business system tools, queries, and incoming requests.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of any business systems with other relevant platforms and tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage data changes -- data quality, cleanup, and verification process -- leveraging internal and external resources as necessary.
  • Administer user licenses and access.
  • Work with Commercial Sales, Operations, and Corporate management to understand and address business development-related needs, as well as drive adoption of CRM and other related platforms.
  • Manage reporting process (out-of-the-box availability, as well as facilitating access to customized reports run by team) for business development, marketing, and communications data.
  • Develop, track, and communicate analytics and other related measurements -- reporting on contact relationship growth, usage, changes, and other overall data that supports and drives team strategy.
  • Train and onboard sales representatives and other team members on sales enablement and CRM usage and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the business systems' performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to users.
  • Stay updated with the latest business systems features and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements to our sales processes.
  • Assist with analysis of data to facilitate business development research, trends, and chart actionable steps as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience with other sales enablement tools and CRMs is a plus.
  • Experience with SugarCRM and Salesloft platform a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Passion for analyzing data and finding creative ways to integrate additional information and presenting it in clear, meaningful, and actionable ways.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues and challenges.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Flexible hours: Must be willing to work evenings, nights, and/or weekends if necessary.

The base salary range in Washington, California, Oregon and New York for this position is $48,000-$65,000, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Washington, California, Oregon and New York and may not be applicable to other locations.
