Job Responsibilities

· Learn, master and execute our customer focused selling process

· Follow through with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with purchase decision

· Present financial options to our clients and assist with vehicle selection.

· Understand and implement dealership delivery process

· Present and demonstrate inventory

· Assist our client’s selection process through demonstration drives

· Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications

· Be a brand and company ambassador to our friends, family and community

Education and/or Experience

· General Education Degree is required, higher level education reduces promotion time frame

· Sales Experience of any kind is desired

· Automotive sales experience, education and prior training are a PLUS.

Compensation

Compensation plan includes training pay, industry leading commissions, weekly, monthly and annual bonuses. Target compensation is $65,000 but many make much more.
