Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the remainder of the school year in Alabama (AL). This is a full-time position with an hourly pay starting at $20.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct behavior therapy to students in a school setting.
- Collect data on student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
