Join a busy private dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Position Details:
- Location: 1.5 miles off I-66
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Production: $100,000-$150,000 monthly with 1.5 dentists (both cutting back two days)
- Technology: iTero, CBCT, Nobel implant system
- Patient Mix: Predominantly PPO with some FFS. No Medicaid
- New Patients: Approximately 50 new patients per month
Financial Details:
- Compensation: 33% of collections, less 33% lab bills
- Guarantee: Initial $700/day guarantee for the first 60 days
- Collections Rate: Office collections rate is an impressive 98%
- Benefits: Paid malpractice insurance, $3,000 CE stipend, 401k plan
- Partnership: Partnership option available after 3 years
Candidate Requirements:
- Comfortable with some molar endodontics, extractions, and crowns
- Ideal candidate has experience with implants, but its not required
- Preferably a few years of dental practice experience, but confident newer dentists will be considered
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
