Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist, Kelso, WA

Calling on SLPs based in Kelso, WA or Rainier, OR! Soliant is working with a local school district (on the Washington side), and is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to plete the school year.

Duties include:

• Providingspeech and/or language therapyto students identified with munication disorders.
• Maintaining accurate service records of students on caseload
• Evaluatingstudentswith suspected munication disorders; making remendations for speech and language services as needed
• Providingprehensive written report of observations, assessment results, and remendations within the standards established by state guidelines
• Developing speech and language goals in Individualized Education Programs
• Developing integrated goals with other education staff for students with multiple or other disabilities.
• Consulting with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development, or other areas of curriculum related to speech and language.
• Participatingin the Medicaid billing process for school-based services as directed.

Requirements:

• Washington SLP license
• Active ESA credential, or willingness to apply for one
• School-based SLPs who start the ESA credential can work for up to 1 year with a provisional credential
