Job Description:

Soliant is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a position in Vail, Colorado. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the operating room, assisting surgical teams and ensuring the smooth flow of surgical procedures. This position involves rotating 12-hour shifts and 10-hour days to meet the demands of the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Surgical Assistance:** Provide support to surgical teams by preparing and organizing the operating room, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available for each procedure.

2. **Instrument Sterilization:** Properly sterilize and maintain surgical instruments and equipment to meet established standards and protocols.

3. **Patient Care:** Assist in the positioning and preparation of patients for surgery, maintaining a sterile field, and monitoring their well-being during procedures.

4. **Collaboration:** Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective munication and coordination in the operating room.

5. **Emergency Response:** Remain calm and responsive during emergency situations, providing immediate assistance as required.

6. **Documentation:** Accurately document and maintain records of surgical procedures, equipment usage, and patient information.

Requirements:

- **Certification:** Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is required.

- **Experience:** Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.

- **Shifts:** Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and 10-hour days as needed.
