Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.
A 1:1 Paraprofessional position (PARA) for the remainder of the2023-2024 school year has opened in the North Saint Paul, Minnesotaarea. We are looking for a candidate wanting to work with Special Education students and meets the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Must have an Associate's Degree or pass the Minnesota Paraprofessional Test
About the Position:
- Part-time / approximately 15 hours a week
- 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
- 1:1 position with a PreK student
- Pay Range: $20 - $30
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist in the instruction of adult age students by providing support and practical training to students in various subject matters pertaining to life skills.
- Implementing instructional plans and assisting with the adaptation/modification of the curriculum as directed by the teacher.
- Promote a safe and productive learning environment for students, ensuring that student needs are met by municating with other staff about student needs
