Essential Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program with an active PT license in PA.
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience in a homecare setting or medical facility..
• CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, dexterity, and compassion.

Your Role as a Physical Therapist:

• Be the Solution: Provide physical therapy across various settings, from nursing homes to rehab centers, helping patients regain mobility and strength.
• Team Collaboration: Join forces with physicians, nurses, CNAs, OTs, and SLPs to deliver exceptional patient care – your team is your support.
• Diagnostic Support: Assist physicians in evaluating patient function, performance, and equipment needs – your insights make a difference.
• Progress Tracking: Conduct assessments, document progress, and determine if therapy services need adjustments for an impactful journey.
• Exercise Guidance: Mentor patients through exercises and hands-on therapy, unlocking the secrets to managing pain and enhancing mobility.
• Knowledge Transfer: Educate patients and families on goals, exercises, and self-care practices, ensuring their journey to wellness is well-informed.
