Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 11:00 A.M.-8:00 P.M.
Friday, 9:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M.
Job Description:
Snelling has an immediate opening for a Parts Shipping Clerk in Louisville, Kentucky. This position will be responsible for shipping materials in the warehouse. The Parts Shipping Clerk should be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:
- Processes pick ticket orders according to customer requirements
- Ensures that orders are accurate
- Stages items correctly for delivery
- Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
- Able to load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order
- Position requires cross training to learn all aspects of shipping and inventory
- Must be able to work in a team environment
Parts Shipping Clerk Requirements:
- A minimum of a year of previous shipping experience is required for this position!
- Excellent computer skills and arithmetic are needed for this position
- Applicants will be background and drug tested
