What's Your Mission? 

As the Rehab Mastermind, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to work your magic with General Contractors. Picture this: you'll be overseeing property rehabs, making sure everything happens on time and on budget. You'll kick off with a virtual tour, scope out the project with the Borrower and General Contractor, and ensure everything is A-OK. Vetting General Contractors, weekly meetings, virtual walk-throughs, pricing powwows – you'll be the maestro conducting the symphony of property transformations. And when it comes to REO properties, you'll do it all and keep the financial investor in the loop.

Measurable Awesomeness:

• Virtual Walk-through to Rehab Cost Estimate: % and # of scheduled virtual walk-throughs to completed rehab estimates.
• Draws Timeline Quality and Timeline: Show us your KPI magic – complete draw requests within 2 business days and ensure 100% completion.
• Construction Budget: Keep it under control!
• Started Work Bid to Completed: % and # of bids started to final sign-off, plus the business days taken.
• Construction Timeline and Cost: Projects done within 20% of the timeline, plus 1K per day plus 10 days. We're watching the budget!
• Profitable Loan Payoffs: % and # of funded loans to qualified payoff percentage.
• Defaults: % and # of REO to quality payoff.
