Part-Time IT Support Assistant

Fox is in search of someone looking to explore a career in IT. An IT Support Assistant will assist the IT Support team with taking tickets, setting up computers/devices, and any administrative duties

A day in the Life of an IT Support Assistant

• Communicate with employees and customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their needs
• Troubleshoot technology problems with client groups to ensure satisfaction and operation of technology
• Complete daily tasks such as completing IT tickets
• Collaborate on challenging projects to support the growth of the IT Department
• Establish and maintain positive customer/coworker relationships
• Manage various sites, applications, and software used by Fox team members

Education and Experience

• Some IT or Technical Experience
• Understanding of Computer Hardware (PCs, Laptops, Monitors, peripherals).
• Microsoft experience
• Own a Smartphone
