Job Overview

The Manager, Revenue Cycle Management will help drive the successful growth and scalability of the pharmacy by identifying and executing on opportunities to improve the patient experience through management of the Revenue Cycle Management process and team.  This includes management of the policies, objectives, and initiatives of Mosaic’s revenue cycle activities. This key role will focus on driving efficiency in the pharmacy financial operations. The Manager, Revenue Cycle Management will effectively collaborate with the Mosaic management team and key RxAnte stakeholders to achieve the pharmacy’s strategic objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate technology into the billing process, when applicable, to drive member satisfaction, reduce member attrition, and improve collection activity
  • Manage the RCM team in a manner that will ensure standardized processes for Mosaic, drive financial excellence & compliance, as well as world-class experience for Mosaic patients
  • Effectively deliver patient revenue collection activities, such as copay collection, rebill activities, write-off process, etc.
  • Provide thought leadership on health plan and PBM strategies to provide world-class member experience with premium access to benefits
  • Lead execution of compliant billing and RCM operations
  • Develop RCM team member capabilities
  • Other duties as may be assigned as appropriate

Basic Qualifications:


Experience

  • 5+ years professional office/administrative management experience
  • Management/leadership of Billing/RCM operations preferred

 

Additional Requirements

  • This is a full-time position located onsite at Mosaic Pharmacy Service’s Sterling, Virginia, facility
  • Days worked are Monday through Friday, normal business hours

 

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred
